What happens after the listing closes
Doorway will run a lottery.
The lottery decides the order the property owner reviews applications.
Applications with local preference selections will be sorted to the top of the list.
Property Management will review your application.
They will check all the information you provided.
They will confirm that you are eligible.
Property Management will verify your information carefully.
If you provide false information, we will remove your application from the waitlist.
If they cannot confirm a housing preference you claimed, you will not receive that preference. You will not be otherwise penalized.
