What to expect
Applications submitted by any methods other than the methods described above will not be accepted.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration.
Applicants will be contacted by the property agent in rank order until vacancies are filled. All of the information that you have provided will be verified and your eligibility confirmed. Your application will be removed from the waitlist if you have made any fraudulent statements. If we cannot verify a housing preference that you have claimed, you will not receive the preference but will not be otherwise penalized. Should your application be chosen, be prepared to fill out a more detailed application and provide required supporting documents.

Rental assistance

Management will review eviction and unlawful detainer records, landlord references, criminal history, and sex offender registration requirements to determine applicant suitability. No screening fees will be charged to the applicant. Criminal background
Except for properties in Oakland and Berkeley, applicants with a felony conviction date within the last five (5) years will be denied. Convictions that are screened include categories of crimes that could be a threat to the property, residents, or staff, such as violent crimes, property crimes, sex crimes, and drug crimes related to manufacturing, selling, or distribution.
